Erika & Derek expressed their love with close friends and relatives at the beautiful Mansion at Bald Hill, located in Woodstock, Connecticut. 
Rain came down in buckets as Erika and the girls got ready in the bridal suite on the second floor of the old mansion. 
To keep their minds off the rain that just wouldn't end, they played a hysterical game of 'heads up', a charades style phone app.
 

A few doors down in a room of their own the guys relaxed with pizza, beer, and chips(of course!). 
Derek struggled with tying his tie, everyone gave it a try including myself but to no avail.  Derek finally called it quits and went with the pre-done tie included with his suit.
There was a lot of jarring going on back and forth ,but the guys were left in shock when Derek presented them all with custom lux wood watches. Erika also surprised her girls with watches from Kate Spade.

Luckily the rain moved out just in time for the outdoor ceremony to begin.
The ceremony was sweet with personal vows from Erika and Derek, and special readings by their moms.

However I will say MOH Kelly's toast will probably be one of the things everyone most remembers from this wedding.
She gave a sweet toast but shocked everyone when she dropped three custom raps honoring the new Mr. & Mrs. Ponciano. Don't forget to check out the video at the end of the blog!

The evening was capped off with a lot of dancing, lots and lots of dancing.
