This wedding has been a long time coming! Amanda and William first met as teenagers when Amanda went to purchase a puppy from William's mother. William offered her a ride home and they have been together ever since.
​They both love the beach and have celebrated each year together by spending time together relaxing in the sun. It was no surprise then that when it came time to tie the knot a coastal setting was a must! After checking out a number of spots they fell in love with The Cove and Marina in Fall River. It offered beautiful ocean views, delicious food and a modern & elegant room with exposed rafters and simple and classic décor. It's also a great spot to grab a bite to eat while sitting on the outdoor deck!
​The day started off H O T  HOT! (Like real feel temps pushing close to or over 100 degrees!) The girls piled into the room with the radio blasting and the excitement of partying. (This is a Spanish wedding after all, you know its gonna be a night filled with dancing!)
I took a ride on the party bus with the boys as they made their way to the venue and the party was on. I could tell you it was crazy, and loud, and resembling something out of a rap video but you can see the pictures for yourself.
​Unfortunately as we made our way to The Cove, a massive storm cloud followed right behind, bringing with it thunder, lightning and pounding rain. What we thought was just a passing shower, stalled and grew as the rain never seem to let up.
​
Despite suddenly moving the ceremony indoors, nothing was going to change the fact that two people that have been together for so long were finally going to celebrate their love and union with family and friends as witnesses. Amanda looked stunning in her lace mermaid style dress. The girls also looked fantastic in their long blush dresses, each sporting a different style of their choice. The ceremony was intimate and really encompassed the love of family as both sets of parents took turns expressing kind words of wisdom and love to Amanda & William.

When it came time for the reception all thoughts of rain were pushed aside and the party was on​​! ​Amanda & William were neighbors of ours for many years and I know first hand how close they are to their family and it was a pleasure to see them in action. DJ Frank Baptista got the party rolling, the dance floor was still thumping when Steffanie and I checked out at 11:30!

​A few words from Amanda & William....
"William and I have been together going on 13 years now. We have raised our beautiful 12 year old daughter while growing up ourselves. We have talked for years now about getting married (the right way) and now we are finally at a place where we can make our dreams come true. Not only make our dreams come true, but still want to make them come true. We want to take this time to thank all of our family and friends who have supported us throughout the years. Words can’t express how happy we really are!!"
